You’re tense and unable to relax and feel like the whole world is looking at you. You’ve been coping just fine. Managing to keep on top of everything but, life is beginning to feel like a comprise to what you really want.
You’re aware, you're not getting the rest you need and begun to pull back a bit in life and it's annoying! Because, you feel like you’re ready to kickstart a new project but can’t quite seem to get your head around starting.
You notice that there's things you're starting to avoid. You escape or distract yourself from difficult thoughts, feeling and situations. This allows you to feel more control. But, secretly you know... that preventing stress instead of feeling it is giving you a false sense of control.
You're wanting to take action but you talk yourself out of it. There’s a fear of unworthiness so you don’t go for it. Perhaps your scared of getting it or maybe it’s too intimidating or you don’t think your ready. Whatever it is that is holding you back, it isn’t a good thing.
You’ve lost sight of your own divine nature and forgotten how to trust the part of you than can achieve and succeed. You think you can't do it because you're afraid, but you're wrong. Fear can't stop you from doing something unless you let it. You stopped fully believing in yourself, but you don’t have to, you can let down your guard and feel safe again.

They're struggling to keep up, with expectations that don’t align to their soul purpose and natural way of being which is causing fear and anxiety. Here, we don’t do that. I believe you’ve been shaped by culture designed to conform, place nice and stay within the lines. And, sometimes, the lines don't quite fit. Shaping change means re-connecting to your soul, where you can feel confident to thrive in an ever-changing world. You’re not disillusioned the culture is.
