Noticing you gives you the permission to feel it and ask yourself if this is true.





Ask..Can I love myself? What’s beneath those words? Is it fear and can I welcome it and connect with it and welcome it as a part of myself to sense into deeper wholeness.


The practice.

  1. Welcome the parts of yourself that you push away.

  2. Soften, open, slow down and welcome what it is.

  3. Expand your terrain so you can traverse all aspects of yourself with a willingness of expansion


There is magic in showing those parts that others hide and deepening into ways in which you give yourself permission to be human. Welcome uncertainty, it’s okay to not know all of yourself but to be curious, deepen and expand even more into your beuatiful soul to welcome in more light and expand into lightness even more to those that surrond you. Give yourself and others the permission to be human.
