Having a healthy sense of your own nervous system and gently leaning into the moments you want to speak to. Exploring and listening. Delving into deeper reflection and moments of connection can be a game changer.





If you’ve noticed yourself already shutting down or pulling away the painful feelings and emotions have already become sediment, just being near them then may feel like being triggered, disconnected discomfort that heavy but by holding yourself in the bubbling emotions thoughts and feelings as they arise in a healthy way.  When you can sit in the presence of the other and not excuse your behaviours and instead honour their experience can be a game changer.
