Create a steady foundation for self-healing that is supportive, nurturing, and centered—empowering you to navigate the ups and downs of the healing process with resilience and grace. Beginning with Breath

 

Start your healing practice by grounding yourself with deep, mindful breathing. Focus on your breath and allow your body to relax into the present moment.

Energy Activation

 

From here, bring your awareness to your body’s energy centers. You may feel the urge to place your hands over certain areas, visualizing healing light flowing through and restoring balance.

Hypnosis and Reprogramming

 

Allow your body to sink deeper into relaxation. Use a guided meditation or self-hypnosis to access your subconscious, releasing old patterns and inviting new, healthier beliefs.

 

Behavioural Alignment

 

Intentionality ground your healing journey in real-world practices and connections, reinforcing the internal work with external influences that can guide, inspire, and challenge you to grow.

Movement and Somatic Awareness

 

As the energy begins to shift, introduce movement—slow, deliberate stretches or dance—to release any residual tension or emotions stored in the body.

Affirmations and Sound Healing

 

As you conclude your practice, use affirmations to reinforce your healing intention. Let sound, whether from singing bowls, nature, or chanting, envelop you in its healing vibrations.

We look forward to meeting with you! To get started please book in your first session, one payment of $250 will be invoiced upon booking. This is to be paid in full prior to commencement.

If you decide to continue your journey within 7days of your first session this amount will act as a deposit and an invoice will be issued to you for the outstanding balance.
